If you were issued a ticket from a City of Mart Officer, you are scheduled to appear on a specific date and time, located on your citation.

You must answer for the charges by mail or in person or through your attorney by your appearance date. A telephone call does not constitute an appearance. If you fail to respond by the appearance date shown you will be charged with failure to appear and a warrant will be issued.
